Enhance API error response detection and display

Include more functionality to detect API errors and display them more efficiently. When some APIs return errors or are down you get the check settings link which is confusing if the API does not any configurable settings.

Ideally you should be able to set the follow:

• Error messages based on response code.
• Error messages based on response regex, and/or empty responses.
• Set cache settings for error'd API's (currently ThreatPinch does not error'd or empty API responses, which could deplete API credits if you are relies on the cache for bulk lookups).
