OncoMX biomarker issues

1. Presence of non-ascii characters (For example: AA5045-1 has "miRNA‑9-1 gene")
2. Incorrect 'assessed_entity_type' (For example: AA4867-1 is given as 'gene', but the assessed entity is mRNA)
3. Overuse of abbreviations (these are disallowed in ontologies) (For example: AA4688-3, 'LYMP' instead of 'lymphocyte')
4. Incorrect prefixes for databases (CO:CL_nnnnnnn should be CL:nnnnnnn; PRO:PR_nnnnnnnnn should be PR:nnnnnnnnn; NCBI:nnnn should be NCBIGene:nnnn; there might be others since I notice extensive use of your own in-house prefixes).
5. Incorrect indication of assessed_biomarker_entity (For example: AA4796-2 has a UniProtKB cross-reference, but the actual entity--which IS correctly indicated in the biomarker name--is a processed part of that protein)
