When I try to install clerc it has issues with didyoumean2 package.

Apparently it's already documented on foray1010/didyoumean2#1531.

I suggest you update didyoumean2 on packages/plugin-not-found/package.json from 6.0.1 to 7.0.2 (latest as the time of writing)
