This is raised to track an issue with qemu-lite and Fedora 27, as mentioned in #235. The issue appears because, suddenly an %if directive in the cc-runtime.spec (https://github.com/clearcontainers/packaging/blob/master/runtime/cc-runtime.spec-template#L32) no longer works in Fedora 27, so an explicit rule was included as a workaround.
A suggestions is that maybe RPM is broken.

Hi @erick0z - if this hasn't been raised with Fedora already, I think we should raise a bug.

egernst pushed a commit to egernst/cc-packaging that referenced this issue Nov 26, 2018
Add the ability to specify a list of projects to process, instead of
processing all projects (default behaviour).

Fixes: clearcontainers#244
