Configurable container probes

It would be nice if we could change the default values for control plane container probes (startup,readiness,liveness).
This would help in packed environments with latency spikes.

I think configurable values should be:

• TimeoutSeconds
• PeriodSeconds
• InitialDelaySeconds (for readiness/startup mostly)

Could look maybe something like this:
