Currently the script uses a single NOAA Precip table as an input. NOAA provides low, average, and high precipitation estimates, and other organizations also provide these kinds of estimates.
Explore ways to parameterize these inputs and possibly decouple them from specific data sources, so that it's easier to run multiple scenarios in one go.
