Abbyy XML: empty <charParams> → NullPointerException #12

Some Abbyy11 releases (and perhaps other) are sometimes generate xml with empty tags,
e. g.

<charParams l="282" t="100"... />

This leads to

[ERROR] 2019-08-08 09:15:10,351 - Exception:
java.lang.NullPointerException
        at jav.correctionBackend.parser.AbbyyXmlChar.<init>(AbbyyXmlChar.java:24)
