Include preferred name as optional field for contacts

Issue description

Some users that analysts investigate go by different names from the name listed on their login.gov. Allowing users to list different names they go by may help analysts verify the identity creators, senior officials, and other government organization contacts. This ticket would investigate if the team would benefit from support data for preferred names in the registrar.

This ticket can be either resolved or updated with new ACs after determining if we should add preferred names to the registrar.

Acceptance criteria

• Evaluate if adding field for preferred name would benefit identity verification process. Another route could be discussing the option of adding preferred names on login.gov's end.
