CSETWEB.MDF missing?

I'm trying to do a clean install of CSET Enterprise for the first time and I cannot for the life of me locate the csetweb.mdf file in the Enterprise zip file? Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Likewise, I'm not seeing it in the 10.2 enterprise binary release..,

Can I use the DB’s from 10.0? I’m assuming now. yes, I managed to get it working with the MDF file from the previous release

but now I'm having the same issue with session immediately expiring as noted in Issue #1411

I too have used the MDF from 10.0 and it worked ... except for the "session expired" problem as noted in #1411.
