Mistake in .idf of Problem 4-6 causing errors when updating to E+ 9.XX #1

The outside boundary condition of INTERIOR SURFACE NORTH should be ZONE NORTH SURFACE SOUTH instead of ZONE NORTH.

This caused an error message saying "Vertex size mismatch" after updating the files to E+ 9.XX using the E+ version updater.
