This is an EOS module for the SCvH equation of state (Saumon et al. 1995)
The SCvH EOS is limited to -2.1 < log(T) < xxx and xxx < log(P) < xxx. In order to extend the EOS to lower temperatures and pressures the stellar EOS from Kovezt et al. (2009) is used.
