Explanation of Docs Changes Needed

Add note in Chocolatey GUI Docs to reference Chocolatey GUI not supporting being run by multiple users on the same machine. Error given in Chocolatey log when trying to do so:

[Error] Unable to access Chocolatey GUI Configuration Database. This typically happens when Chocolatey GUI or Chocolatey GUI CLI is already running. Please close all instances of the application, and try running it again.
System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Chocolatey GUI\Config\data.db' because it is being used by another process.

@pauby Pull request raised, let me know if you feel info should be placed elsewhere.
I didn't feel it fits into what features chocolatey gui offers, I believe it suits more by installation section.
