Description

Look to publicly expose the User API endpoints for Chocolatey Central Management.

Why Is It Needed

With these endpoints being private, or not listed on the swagger doc for Chocolatey Central Management, their is no way to interact with user objects within Chocolatey Central Management via the API. Their is also no way to do role assignments to users via the publicly documented API.
