Description

Chocolatey Central Management's time-related objects (Last Check In Date Time, Deployment Start Date Time and Finish Date Time, etc.) are natively displayed in 24-hour clock format. We should implement a setting to allow customers to change this from 24-hour format to 12-hour format.

Why Is It Needed

This would be beneficial to people not used to the 24-hour format and would give them the ability to deduce issues stemming from agent check-in more easily.
