Create simple examples for DWTI library #596

We currently don't have simple examples for DWTI showing how to set it up and use it for reading/writing, and explaining options. I think it would really help people use the library more if there were more examples explaining how to use the library.

Also, need to add keywords.txt for the library.

There are two examples now in the DTWI library folder Examples section. I have also created the keywords.txt file. This issue should be fixed now, but needs to be verified.
