Get exception handling outside of libCore and ld

Would be great if it was possible to debug the exception handling routine from mplabx instead of buring it in libcore.a

Building the libcore.a during import and then keeping it in the compiled form saves a lot of time during every project compilation. However, the issue you've raised is an important one and we will need to look into it.
