Mobile view refresh

Right now viewing the route modal on mobile is a harrowing experience -- very clear we only intended this for desktop. Definitely something we want to address as we get more traction on things like twitter - most people are going to be opening on their phones!

I have looked at the route modal on a mobile simulator. The modal has too much white space and needs to be reformatted to fit on a mobile device.
