Investigate if I can assign a friendly name to the USB device - instead of showing as "CH340G" show "Flowcontrol" as the device identifier

the CH341A and CH340B have onboard EEPROM, it may be possible to use one of those, it'll also make this #5 infinitely simpler (potential rev 5 PCB task)
