Example: I downloaded image "Untitled.png" while I had another image "untitled.png" located in the same directory.

Downloaded the image
Observe the message "Saved as "Untitled.png"
Start a new post and go to image selection
Select "Untitled.png"
Observe the message "Failed to open file"
