All the GitHub actions are failing. #43

All the actions are failing. The apko publish function had some unused flags removed a couple of weeks ago. They're still present in the Action definition, so throws an error.

To fix this, see : chainguard-images/actions#123 and merge the attached PR. (I hope!)
