Pull to Refresh On Overview Page

The importance of pull to refresh in providing a superior user experience is often ignored. I find myself unconsciously pulling down during filter sync process expecting progress.

Pulling down on the overview page should:

• Refresh filter status
• Balance
• (maybe) tor status, backend status, # of peers

We can use this ionic component to achieve this.
A chaincase-specific loading icon would be huge here.

Any other considerations?

@sbddesign has eyes on the status issue. I think the root problem of this might be that the status presented and the model data are out of sync e.g when the app resumes they don't refresh. Attention to the component lifecycle may obviate the need to refresh in the first place.

Perhaps we could still look for received transactions in mempool or something like that on a pull-to-refresh
