Remarks:

  • This is just like a academic paper in the field of developmental psychology. And you used eye-tracking for new born baby, which is amazing for me since as far as I know, eye tracking need to be done with a lot of preparation, something like letting the participants to hold a specific position or asking them to staring at the fixation. It is cool to have babies doing that:)
  • You used a clear way with t-test and regression model to testify your hypothesis, which is easy for readers to understand. As I said, it just seems like a academic paper and you used R to conduct all necessary analysis. Well done!
  • As far as I remember, we didn't learn how to do the t-test in this course, and you managed to do it by yourself. This is a very useful analysis which I would probably use in my future research. Thank you for showing me how to do that!
  • Maybe this is for someone, like me, who don't know much about developmental psychology or the skill of eye tracking, but it would be more understandable if you can introduce a little bit more about how to do this research and explain more about the result. Like why does the AOI of Body make more sense? Or what is the reason that your result doesn't support the former paper?
