Looking at the README:

Magical DNS things to make it easy to run as a home server

https://github.com/almeidapaulopt/tsdproxy looks like a good candidate, although the one issue I see is that you need to get an auth token from tailscale. But after that, putting a couple labels in the docker compose and tsdproxy should handle the rest
