Cannot save files to symlinked directories

Current Behavior

Cemu cannot save files to the symlink directory, only read files that has been copied to them (tested).

Expected Behavior

• Cemu is unable to save games to the symlink directory, primarily because selecting a custom MLC path is not an option: Document that flatpak override is required for custom MLC paths #1360
• However, symlinks should function properly regardless.

Steps to Reproduce

Example, it is not possible to symlink directories to game save, or controller files:

ln -s ~/configurations/cemu/.local/share/Cemu/mlc01/usr/save/ ~/.var/app/info.cemu.Cemu/data/Cemu/mlc01/usr/
ln -s ~/configurations/cemu/.config/Cemu/controllerProfiles/ ~/.var/app/info.cemu.Cemu/config/Cemu/
