Which languages does the parser accept? #1

@epageperron:
We are working Old Persian texts and found out that Tinney's parser cannot handle the ASCII version of the transliteration, it would be great if our parser could handle more than Akkadian and Sumerian http://oracc.museum.upenn.edu/doc/help/languages/oldpersian/index.html (Old Persian)

For now the parser supports all forms of Mesopotamian cuneiform (including proto-Cuneiform and proto-Elamite), as well as references to sign lists, but probably not OP or Ugaritic. This should be easy to implement.
Are there CDLI ATF examples for the additional scripts?

We don't have any Ugaritic text in yet but that would be amazing :)
