Modification of categories not possible on mobile device

Problem Description:

When trying to edit Categories on Android (chrome) it is entering drag'n'drop mode everywhere I tap. It is impossible to press Edit or Delete buttons.

Same issue for Bookmarks plugin. Would be great if you can fix it for Bookmarks as well.

Reproduction Steps:

Go to Categories under Settings and try to tap on Edit button.
