Report problem

Hi,
We are having an issue with plugin reporting.

Clicking on the reengagement activity, the report of the users involved in the recall message appears.

This report is completely incorrect. In the image you can see that the users of the report are 1537 while the users enrolled in the course involved in the reengagement are only 12.

We would also like to know if it is possible to have more detailed reporting regarding the sending of reengagement notices.

hi there - yes - there are a number of issues with this report - along with various existing requests for further improvements to it. If you have internal development capabilities, pull requests are always welcome - otherwise feel free to reach out privately if you would like to fund improvements.
