Lasso Select Using Action Mouse

In the current default keymap, lasso select is invoked using Ctrl+Actionmouse, which is pretty inconsistent with the selection vs. action paradigm. It should probably either be fixed on LMB, or use Ctrl+Selectmouse.
I guess this is going to be solved with the new keymap anyway, but in case it isn't (or in case the keymap project won't get done for 2.8), we shouldn't for get it, so adding as a ticket here ;)

This will definitely be fixed in the new keymap @julianeisel. Although I think we're going to have to decide to use either Box select or Lasso select, not both. There's simply not enough keys to adequately support both within a minimal keymap.

Just using box select seems fair enough? Circle and lasso select are a bit less common, so I'd personally be fine with neglecting them a bit.
