only first repeat mark playbacks #155

Steps to reproduce:

Write a bunch of bars.
Place close repeat mark -> Playback works fine.
Place another open repeat mark and close repeat mark over a few bars -> Playback ignores the repeat mark.
Place volta bar -> Playback ignores volta bars.

It seems only the first repeat mark works. The next ones are ignored.

Expected behavior:
All repeat marks should be played.
