Describe the bug

When we create multiple subscribers they are not ordered.
Sometimes after editing a subscriber, it changes the position on the table.

To Reproduce

Add multiple subscribers asign different NS and DG.

Expected behavior

The list should be ordered from the lowest to the highest.
