Describe the bug

To Reproduce

  1. Go to create network service
  2. Enter any values and allow a default device group to be created
  3. Note the incorrect values

Subscriber IP Pool should be 172.250.0.0/16
MTU should be 1460, or at least small enough to fit GTP into regular 1500 frames

Upstream and downstream values are also transposed.
