Provide access to "owned" resources for given integrations

feat: maybe too much, but personally I would find it useful to have the resources owned by integration as children items in the list view (which would become a tree view 🙂 like routes, deployments, pods, … services, and obviously being able to introspect them ;)

Maybe try and leverage MS Kubernetes extension - ideally there should be a way to link to the k8s extension views for specific resources - look at how to reuse some of their code - so having like "open integration" from the camel K extension that opens the k8s extension for that resource is totally alright - but browsing through zillion of CR taking ages to refresh, to find integrations is not ok

This functionality could also lead to - ability to inspect resources, ideally opening the content in the editor
