It might be worth it giving some guidelines about how to report the results of these models as well as how to describe them in the methods section of a manuscript.

For example, for the dragons exercise:

We have fitted a multilevel model using mountain as a random effect.
We included random intercepts as well as random slopes for wingspan across mountains.
The model was fit by restricted maximum likelihood using the lme4 package (Bates et al. 2015).
