Suggestion for Github section

Instead of the optional exercise section at end it may be preferable to have two (or more) optional sections as concepts introduced e.g. creating branch, forking, issues.

1. Keeps students active rather than passive
2. students if they leave a session tend to leave early at end of session. This way if it happens they will at least have attempted some of the exercises.
