Ability to create "empty answer" notes?

I am trying to use this add on to do a daily review of my notes. my notes are essentially just "one liners" (see document in link below) where it is just a single bulleted point I want to read, of which I will then rank subjectively depending on how familiar it is and basically just using spaced repetition in order to review my notes as efficiently as possible. There are also some images in these notes that are of similar format. When I originally put this into the add on it just basically came up with a giant card with a bunch of text on it. So, basically, I am trying to figure out "how do i create an empty answer card" from this document. There are also some tables in there but I may just make those individual cards. Finally, these are broken down into headings and subheadings, which to my understanding will just be ignored by this add on per the GH description page
