Are you calling dibs on the entire feature or just part of it? This issue
is really a story that needs to be broken down into tasks (something I'll
gladly do over lunch today).

I was actually trying to work with the LinkedIn gem on this one to see if I
could reduce some typing for the end user by importing their skills from
LinkedIn.

This project issue was not assigned and I had the unique opportunity for a one-on-one development session with our Rails Guru. I don't know how deep this story can be broken down but importing LinkedIn skills sounds very appealing and is one of the many things I had not thought about. My goal was to make visible progress in our Community.Build() session and this was made possible with the patient tutelage of Dean, a four hour sprint, and a spacious whiteboard. I do not want to independently "own" this story (issue) and welcome any opinions, guidance, and code.
