It is any possibility to tell the model what cells I want to use for the training and the testing?
As I understand so far right now this is internally selected by the method am I right?

If it is possible how can this be done?, I have the vector for the cells that should be in train and test partitions.

Did you find the 4i data? Why did I download the dataset but without the 4i data?
