[BUG] BunkerWeb deletes whole NGINX configuration on installation

Description

I installed BunkerWeb with apt. I had nginx on the system and it overwrote it. It deleted everything. All my settings are gone.

Hi, like written in the documentation. We use NGINX indeed and need to use the default path. We'll see what can be done to at least make a backup of the dir if it exists so you don't lose any data.
