Extend MAM to be more useful

It would be awesome for the HTTP API (/sync endpoint) and for server sync to be able to add filters in MAM requests. Users should be able to filter

• by node: only send notifications matching one node (items, subscriptions, affiliations, metadata...)
• by type: only send items XOR subscriptions XOR affiliations XOR metadata

and combine them (as discussed with @abmargb).

will the /sync also work as a firehose? I ask because I'd love for superfeedr to start pulling posts.
