Consider using mypyc to speed up Serde

Mypyc is nice because no changes will be required to the code. There can also be distributions that don't have binary because its all python. No code from other languages will be required.

This will have to be benchmarked to see if its worth it. Using mypyc will increase build times by a ton which can make publishing releasing pretty annoying.
