• the student can define her native language with a pull down menu in the top bar.
• it defaults to the browser language

tooltip

• shift clicking a word anywhere in an episode opens a tooltip
• the tooltip displays a search result for the clicked word from
  • dict.cc
  • (or others, use an abstract interface)

inline

in the episode markdown the author can mark words as 'uncommon'.
If the student specified her native language to be different from English, we automatically insert a translation for this word.

for a german speaker is turned into

the x is a font-awesome x-in-a-circle icon. It will remove the inserted translation and prevent this particular term from ever being translated again for this user.
