Add some author profiles to the site, to be displayed on blog posts and allow filtering by author.

@caprenter @john-hudson @wheresalice @NGRhodes all of you have profiles on the authors page since you have written blog posts, it would be nice to have a simple bio attached to your profile.

Please post below if you'd like to include a bio and a list of interest (for example):

Bio: I am a chef by day and a detective by night.
Interests: Star gazing, astronomy, picking apples.

Images and links are via Github, let me know if you wish them removed. Thanks!
