UI of list of co-signers

Should probably default to people you are following in ssb. Is there an easy way to get the list of who your following? Also would like the profile name and a picture.

its tricky to even begin on this before we have a way to initiate the wallet. my suggestion is we go ahead and begin to make a process for initiating a wallet, even if it will actually have to be manually set up and loaded using electrum (for now).

To begin we need an opening screen where one can choose 'create new' or choose existing wallet.

as for the profile picture, we have the address of the image blob from ssb-about, so im trying to work out how to get it, this tutorial, shows doing it using sbot.blobs.get, but i think they have called a plugin which we havent, quite likely https://github.com/ssbc/ssb-blobs
