The password for the Electrum wallet is currently stored in plaintext. Should this be stored at all? We could request it on startup only or store encrypted.

electrum gui asks you for it when starting and when making a payment. so i guess we do the same. we dont need to store it but it will be transferred unencrypted to electrum via a local http request. cant immediately think of how to avoid this.
