Benchmark is outdated

Hi,

I'm adding this in case anyone hits the repo like me and goes down the wrong path.

vectorBuilder is not longer performant as claimed in this benchmark, although the low-level code with the raw buffer is still the way to go (and it still works).

I opened up snoyberg/conduit#438 to hopefully address this and pack it to conduit itself.
