Problem to join subscriber user to meeting with WordPress 5.5.1

I am using WordPress 5.5.1, I installed the BBB plugin. I can create rooms, add a widget, add token everything as documented.
The users with the administrator role can access the meeting. But all other users can't enter to live session room.

The button join redirect users to the homepage of WordPress
