Good day.

Some of my moderators and viewers receive the screen in the attachment after clicking join. It is intermittent but has become more prevalent recently. Very seldom the viewer can connect after a few refreshes. I can only give limited information as it has only happened once to me and after a refresh it was resolved so I didn't open the console to pull more information. But more and more clients are experiencing this issue. Many Thanks!

Same issue here.
I created a room to show potential tutors/students the outlay and interactivity of the room, similar to the test room that blindside use.
These users would not be registered on the site yet.
Logged-in users have no issue but entering using just the access tokens does not work. The page hangs forever on https://scotia.ie/wp-admin/admin-post.php when you enter either token.

Using bbb.2.2.19 and Wordpress theme MasterStudy on WP
