Installation error: Error installing transrate-1.0.3.gem ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension

Dear all,

I have run the transrate v1.0.3. However, the version has lots of problems. Therefore, I tried to install the v.1.0.4 according to the instruction https://github.com/dfmoralesb/transrate
However, I confronted some errors when I type the command: sudo gem install transrate-1.0.3.gem
The error is:
ERROR: Error installing transrate-1.0.3.gem:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

Any suggestion to resolve this problem?
