tpm, eff_count, and coverage all zero in contigs.csv #229

Has anyone else had an issue of the tpm, eff_count, and coverage being zero for all your contigs in the contigs.csv file?

I suspect this is due to the salmon.log containing an error:

The alignment group queue pool has been exhausted.  0 extra fragments were allocated on the heap to saturate the pool.  No new fragments will be allocated

The snap.log seems fine.

I have this same problem. Is there a fix for this?
