dependancy problem on windows ;-;

i'd stuck here for 4 hours, already try to reinstall vscode multiple time and still not fix it (i already install msvc 142 and win10 sdk like you say but the error still the same), also add it to enviroment path and still this ;-;

i am getting the same problem. this is a problem with openssl. and i also can't solve this problem, even after i installed openSSL.
